David Wheeler
David has over 15 years Australian and Asian experience in the operation, assessment and improvement of IT Service Management organisations. David has worked in diverse roles, from National IT/Infrastructure Manager and consultant to various managerial roles, for various IT and training environments. David’s background and experience combine a solid technical and training basis with a thorough organisational understanding of aspects like leadership, management, financial impact and people issues.
David uses his extensive background in management to guide and direct organisations in their endeavours to implement governance structures using Standards and Frameworks such as ITIL, COBIT, ISO 27001, BEF and others.
David has a strong focus on strategy, processes and improvement and uses his management skills and extended knowledge and expertise to successful develop and improve existing processes. Through motivation and leadership David is keen to encourage individuals and groups to perform better.
